Shipping information
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. After the order is processed, you will receive an email with delivery info.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY - CROATIA
In the "cart" page, you will be able to choose a pick-up point and a courier service. If you do not want to use the pick-up point, you can just continue to checkout. During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option.
Delivery is available for addresses in Croatia.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries in the European Economic area:
- Slovenia
- Germany
For deliveries outside of the listed countries, please send an email to support@thehouseofgames.eu.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. House of Games is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thehouseofgames.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
